Betano Germany faced a unique market challenge: driving significant growth during a year without major international tournaments. To overcome this strategic obstacle in collaboration with the Kaizen Gaming/Betano team we implemented a bold, data-driven Search strategy centered on maximizing Google’s advanced AI capabilities, particularly Smart Bidding and Broad Match optimization at scale. Simultaneously, Betano strategically shifted marketing focus toward tournaments, including the Champions League, while accelerating expansion of its high-margin Casino-product. The results proved exceptional: from January-May 2025, Betano delivered 83% more registrations than the prior year while increasing marketing investment by 47%, showcasing remarkable registration growth despite market constraints.
