Betano Germany faced a unique market challenge: driving significant growth during a year without major international tournaments. To overcome this strategic obstacle, in collaboration with the Kaizen Gaming/Betano team we implemented a bold, multi-channel strategy leveraging Search, Universal App & Performance Max campaigns to maximize conversion potential at scale. Simultaneously, Betano strategically shifted marketing focus toward club tournaments, including the Champions League, while accelerating expansion of its high-margin Casino product. The results proved exceptional: from January-May 2025, Betano delivered 170% more registrations than the prior year while increasing marketing investment by only 51%, showcasing remarkable registration growth despite market constraints.
